The diagram illustrates the stages of manufacturing instant noodles.
Overall, the process involves eight main steps, beginning with storing flours inside storage silos and ending with labelling and sealing the noodle cups.
First of all, flour is transported by trucks into storage silos. Second, water and oil are mixed with the flour inside the mixer to create a dough. Next, the dough is put inside rollers to make dough sheets. Then, dough sheets are put inside the dough cutter to make evenly cut dough strips. In the next process, these strips will then be made into noodle discs.
After that, the noodle dics will be cooked with oil until it is half-cooked. Before the packaging process, the noodle discs are dried by the dryer. After being dried, vegetables and spices are added inside the noodle cups. Finally, these cups are labelled and sealed. These instant noodles are ready to be sent into stores to be consumed by customers.
