The process diagram illustrate how the leathers good are manufactured in factory.
Overall, we can see that there are five steps which products are produced.However, it starts with animal skin and take to the factory for manufacture and end it packaging for sell.
According to the process diagram, At first, people are taking out of animal skin and let be for drying after that employee transport skin to the factory. In second step, animal skin are very hard, and it is mixed with lime and water for washing and soak with lime to make soft skin which, removed bacteria from it. Similarly, skin are taken to roller machine for flattening which make leather thick. In third step, flat leather are soaked with water and mixed with vegetables to remove tannin.
With regard to remaining information, in fourth step, coworker are polishing the leather which makes leather smooth again, it take to truck and transport to another factory. in factory different products are transformed from leather such as, bag shoes, cap, ball. Finally, it started to packaged and delivery to their destination.
