The illustration depicts the process of making potato chips, Overall, there are 7 main steps involve in the process. The procedure begins with selecting appropriate potatoes which further undergoes different steps and ends in packed bags and cans.
In the firsts step, a team of individuals manually check the quality of each potato, the selected potatoes are then washed in a washer and passed through cold water for rinsing. In the next step, the washed potatoes are peeled and scratched in a peeler. Further, the peeled potatoes are transferred to a slicer through a bucket conveyor and the sliced potatoes are transferred to a deep fryer by a flat bed conveyor on which the air dries out the potatoes.
