The picture illustrates the process by which sugar produced from sugar cane. Overall, it can be clearly seen that there are 7 steps involved in the process of making sugar, from growing sugar canes to drying and Cooling the Sugar granule.
Initially, Sugar canes grown for 12 to 18 months is harvested manually or with special machines. Subsequently, they are put in a special machine to turned them to juice before being poured into a purifying machine which is worked with limestone filter.
In the next stage, the mixture is poured in an evaporator to turned the sugar juice into syrup by heating it, at which point syrup is centrifuged to separate the sugar crystals. In the final stage, sugar crystals are left to dry and cool, finally sugar is ready to be sold and reach people.
