The flow chart displays how bricks manufactured for the construction industry.
It can be clearly seen that the linear process consist of three main stages and seven stages in total, from clay extraction to the delivery of bricks.
The first step is dig up the clay from the ground by a digger, which used to make the bricks. Then, this clay placed into metal grid, to break up its to small pieces. Following this, sand and water added to the clay, and this mixture shaped into the bricks, by using wire cutter or mould.
At the next key stage the bricks placed into the drying oven for 24 – 48 hours. Then, bricks undergone a heating – cooling process. Firstly, they moderated by the klin, from 200 – 980, then for higher temperature ( 870 – 1300). After being heated, the bricks put into the cooling chambler, for 48-72hours.
Finally, the briks are packed and delivered to their destination.
