The maps provide information about the developments that occurred in a student common room five years ago and in the present.
It is evident that the most profound change undergoing at the room is a changes in terms of facilities such as a new drinks machine, a television, and a place for students to use their laptops, and there are now fewer tables.
Looking at the left-hand of the entrance, the common room has generally remained its amenities along the wall, namely a sink, a cupboard, a bench, a microwave, and a
refrigerator, over the 5-year-period. However, this place has been replaced one of two benches with an additional microwave ,and a new drink machine also has been installed next to the refrigerator .Moreover , while there used to be two circular tables on the right-hand of the entrance , one of them has been turned into a large rectangular desk with eight seats , suitable for a larger meeting .
Turing to the the right-hand of the entrance , a bench was intend for laptop users has been replaced on of the tables and chair which were previously located further back on the right . Additionally , there was a bookshelf at the under far-right corner has been removed to make way for a television with three armchairs.
