The diagram depicts the process of making jam.
Overall, the process contains 7 steps, two of them occur with heat exposure. For the first four steps fruits are contained in a pit, whereas for the next three steps they are divided to different containers.
First of all, people need to place 4 kg of fruits in some pit, and then wash them with running water. Second step requiers fruits to be mashed by a masher, and then pit is placed on fire. While heating at a high temperature for 10 minutes, 2 table spoons of peanuts, 1/4 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of water are added to the pit and mixed by ladle. In the next half hour of heating, people add 2 more cups of sugar and pour 4 cups of water into the pit.
Fifth step is to pour the jam into different containers, and then close them all with lid to keep containers for one hour. The last step is eating jam for breakfast.
