The picture depicts the way by which smoked fish is made. Overall, the process commences with catching fish and culminates with selling a ready-to-eat meal in fish shops. In total, there are around 12 stages involved in this linear process, requiring specialized transport, special temperature and human labor.
At the first phase of the process, fish is caught with the help of a net and transported to a port by a large vessel. Once they reach the port, they have to be frozen. Having been frozen, they experience a process of thawing and are placed in fresh water afterwards. Following this, fish are cut open and put into a glass container that has salt water and yellow coloring.
In the subsequent stage, a resulting substance is smoked and packaged before going through a freezing procedure. After freezing, they are kept in a truck which is equipped with a cold storage. And that truck distributes final products to fish shops where consumers can buy.
