The map illustrates changes in the Felixstone between 1967 and 2001.
Overall, Felixstone significantly increased, there became more crowded and appeared apartments, hotel and beach.
On the high street, shops on the right side of the road, have been replaced by apartments. Also, near to these apartments was added a new hotel with tennis courts and swimming pool, that was put on the previous farmland area. On the other side of high street next to shops, there was a golf course, which is did not change and remained in the same place.
Across the road from the new hotel appeared a private beach, however in 1967 there was a fish market. Furthermore instead of pier and marina on the south was replaced by public beach. Moreover, there was added a car park near to hotel, which was not changed in this time period. Additionally between sea and dunes was added some wind turbines.
