The flow chart shows recycling and production process of glass containers like bottle .
It’s clear that glass production process contains 3 steps such as mixing , melting , shaping to produce. Next , if glass needs to be reused , bottle suppose to go trough a glass collection , color sorting ,washing , crushing and melting , molding stages in order to proceed recycle.
At the first stage , glass production needs to be mixed with sand , soda ash , limestone and other chemicals , raw materials . Then , mixed substance will melt in a glass furnace in 1500 Celsius of temperature according to the given information . Lastly , glass is suppose to be shaped by blowing molten glass in order to produce new glass container.
Glass recycling begins with collection of used glass . The collected glass needs to pass through sorting . After that , glass containers will be washed to make sure that glass is free from impurities. Last , but not least , washed glass will turn into glass material by crushing and melting it . Finally , by extracting materials , molding process is used to make a new products of glass.
