The flow chart explains how honey is made in small-scale commercial production. It is clear that the production of honey in small-scale commercial production requires a series of stages, and that there are two phases: the bee phase and the human phase.
The whole process begins with nectar being gathered by bees. The honey is then deposited in the beehive. Next, the honey is dried by the bees fanning their wings. When it is ready, the cells are kept clean by the bees and sealed with wax.
At the next phase of the process, the honey combs are collected by the bee keeper. After that, the honey combs are pressed down by bee farmer and become honey. Following that, the honey is poured into the sump tank and heated to 45-50 degrees Celsius. The honey is then removed dirt in the sieve tank and left for 2-4 days in the settling tank. Finally, the honey is packaged into jars and sold to customers.
