The diagram explains the process for the production and sale of strawberry jam. Overall, there are thirteen stages in the process, beginning with the picking of strawberries from the field and culminating in transfer to shops and supermarkets.
To begin, strawberries from the field are placed in containers; the containers are placed in a van and transported to the farmhouse. Subsequently, in the farmhouse, the strawberries are checked for mold and bruising after being cut into halves or quarters. After that, the strawberries are added to a saucepan with sugar, stirred and mashed, and then placed in a refrigerator for several hours.
Following this, the mixture is placed on low heat and stirred. Later, when the mixture becomes thick, it is cooled for 5 minutes.Next, when the mixture starts bubbling, add more heat for 20 to 40 minutes. Subsequently, the jam is added to hot, sterilized jars and placed in a refrigerator overnight. After labeling and sealing, the jam is finally transferred to shops and supermarkets.
