First of all, the process of employment began with submitting aplication. The next step after submitting aplication is attend initial qualifying interview and there can be two solutions to the employment. Firstly, is meet basic qualifications andthe next step ater this is take aptitude test, Anthore way of solution this situation is do not meet basic qualification and as a result it can cause a not employed clause. Than, after the aptitude test was taken also can be two ways of solution this situation. If the individuals pass this test they emloyed on six-month probation. The next step after six- month some of the workers will be recommented and others not recommented. If the wotkers reccomented they will offered permenent position or if some individuals are not recommented they are not employed.
