Overall, it can be clearly seen that the process includes two main steps: the first one was mainly preparing the grapes for manufacturing, while the second involved cooking and labeling for consumption.
Initially, farmers harvested the ripe grapes from plantations, then were classified depending on the quality, and put into containers to transport to the factory. Once the grapes reach the factory, they are rinsed by workers and get the leaves and stems removed to maintain the quality of the juice that the grapes produce.
At this point, all the grapes are put into a presser to crush and to add yeast, resulting in a fine mixture. This mixture is then put into oak barrels to ferment for 2 months before they could be consumed as wine. After the period, the wine is poured into labelled bottles and then would be delivered to the warehouse, ready to be dispensed.
