The given graph illustrates how wine is made in many specific stages in a small-scale winery.
In general, there are eight steps to produce wine, which are initially from collecting raw fruits such as grapes or apples to completely becoming a commercial drinkable wine.
First of all, fruits are harvested in large-scale gardens or fields by many professional workers and special machines. Then, they are collected into boxes or containers, depending on the quantity of the fruits and being washed right after. During this step, workers have to carefully remove stems and leaves of the fruits.
Moving on to the next stage, these cleaned fruits are crushed by a machine called a presser, and also yeast is added at the time. After that, the juice is fermented in oak barrels in 2 months to produce the best wine. In the following step, these barrels of juice are bottled and labeled into many types which are then transported to the customers for consumption.
