Overall, the average number of trips per person on public transports in all of countries decreased except the Canberra, which was increased. Additionally, Sydney saw a the highest number of trips per person on public transport over the period, and the average number of trips per person on public transport in Hobart was the lowest from 1990 to the end of the period.
Looking at the chart in more detail, it is evident that 250 of trips on public transport in Sydney, which is the highest value in 1990, compared to 150 trips ( Adelaide), and then increased significantly to about 460 trips in 1920, before falling to roughly 320 trips in 1940. This figure then rose to around 455 trips in 1950, then dropped dramatically to just under 150 trips in 2010. Similarly, the number trips on public transport in Adelaide fell sightly to about 80 trips sin 1910, before increasing significantly to just above 250 trips in 1920, and then increased considerably to about 310 trips in 1950, then decreased rapidly to 50 in 2010.
Meanwhile, Hobart saw about 60 of trips public transport in 1900, before increasing dramatically to just over 400 trips in 1950, then decreased rapidly to just under 50 trips in 2010. the number of trips in Canberra appeared in 1920 and then increased to exactly 200 trips in 1950, before deceasing to about 90 trips in 2010.
