Overall, The number of applications in the field of engineering accounted for the largest proportion during 1990, followed by biology, whereas bussiness and social work registered The Least number of applications.
During 1990 the number of applications for engineering skyrocketed reaching 4000 application. Similarly, Biology got 3000 application recording the field’s all time high record. In contrast, business and social work got 2000 and 1000 application respectivly.
The Following years saw a dramatic change to the previous trend. Business got a huge increase in the number of applications reaching 3000 in the year 2000 and rising to the top of the chart at 4000 in 2010. Social work showed the exact increasing trend moving to almost 1500 application in 2000, and continued to 1900 application at the Year 2010, the other fields of Engineering and Biology showed a steep decline where biology got 1900 application in 2000 and 900 in 2010. Likewise the engineering which got 2500 application in 2000 and 600 in 2010.
