Overall, the graph shows that agriculture accounts for almost half of the spending. Also popular is regional aid; the other sectors are the lowest over the period.
Agriculture leads the period, accounting for almost half at 42%. Regional aid is also more popular at 31%. The Agriculture and Regional aid sectors together account for almost 75% of the spending over the period. Foreign aid is the lowest in the middle position. Administration and research are two very low points at 7% and 6%, respectively. Other is the lowest sector in the periods, at only 5%.
