Beef had a dramatic drop from almost 225 grams to over 150 grams. Moreover, lamb decreased steadily from 150g grams to nearly 100grams. However, fish remained the same number in this period. Fish and lamb remained stable between 1984 and 1989. Chicken and beef had a slight increase. Beef increased from next period of 1989 to 1999, beef dropped steadily from nearly 175 grams to 150 grams.
