Overall, the most popular meat that European people use more chicken and beef grams for each individual in a week, however, the consuming fish and lamb was not least popular product for residents.
In 1917, beef was the most largest consumed meat, about 220 grams. Chicken consumption was smaller at about 140 grams. The figure people used chicken meat rose sharply apparently 250 grams from 1918 to 2004. In contrast, beef consumption dropped slightly to below 100 grams.
In 1979, lamb intake was roughly 150 grams per person per week, whereas fish use was minimal at approximately 50 grams. Over the next 25 years, the lamb steadily declined to about 70 or 80 percent. However, fish consumption remained a stability at around 50 grams throughout the period.
