The line graph shows the number of consumption of fish and different kinds of meat in Europe from 1970 to 2004.
Overall, grams per person per week of beef and lamb followed a similar downward trend, while the amount of chicken’s grams per person per week illustrate upward patterns between 1979 and 2004. However, grams per week of fish show a little desecrease.
According to the line chart, the amount of chicken consumed among European people started at 140 grams per person in 1979, then it significantly increased with the fluctuation and finished at 240 grams in 2004.
If we look at grams per person of beef and lamb they started at 150 and 210 in 1979, also we can see considerably fall down throughout the 25 years and finished with some slightly upwards at 110 and 60 grams per person per week in 2004.
However, the line chart also illustrates another interesting line about the amount of fish consumption over 25 years. This line at the beginning showed slightly decreased and then no changes.
