Overall, there were significant rises both in person and by telephone questions, while the figure for letter or email experienced considerable falls. In addition, the amount of information received in person was the highest from April onwards.
The number of questions received face – to – face commenced at 450 in January, which had the least enquiries over the period. Then, there were gradual climbs to 800 in March, with a dramatic growth by 500 in April and exceeded the amount of questions by letter or email and by telephone, after which it witnessed steady increases to 1900 in June. Meanwhile, the figure for letter or email stood at 900 initially, which was the largest in January, followed by the moderate fluctuation to 1000 in March and remained unchanged in April and final progressive growths to June.
Finally, the office received the amount of enquiries by telephone with nearly 800 at the beginning, after which it saw slight falls to 500 in March and continued decreasing sharply to nearly 400 after 2 months. In the final month, it registered leveling off, which was the lowest over a six – month interval.
