The graph shows how the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city changed in 2011.
Enquiries received in person and by telephone saw increases of varying rates. While, in the form of letter followed similiar downward patterns.
In January, asked questions by telephones started with its leading position reaching to around 900, the reverse was true for enquiries received in person which recorded only to approximately 410. Between March and June in person enquiries dramatically rose, while in this period emails significantly decreased over the months. The figure for emails was stable
between May and june and overall enquiries received saw 400.
Between March and April the number of enquiries by telephone were stable showing 1000, and after this given period, only remained upward trend. Moreover, between the February and March while both in person and by telephone enquiries experienced growth , by letter received figure slightly declined.
