At the begining Germany, Spain and Belgium started with the percentage of 23, 26 and 31 roughly, Later on Germany almost remained marginally stable over the period. But Spain and Belgium slightly increased to 35% in 2004, whereas Spain steadly declined till end and reached around 34% of female in parliament.
