At first glance, it is evident that the percentage of female workers increased slightly over the years. In contrast, there was seen rise in the percentage of senior workers.
To take an in-depth look, the most noticeable information information is recorded in female workers. Firstly, proportion of female workers began with 37% in 1971. Then, it minimally climbed in few years and reached at 43% in 2000. After that, this proportion remained almost same for one decade and slightly increased about 3 to 4%, ended at 47% in 2019.
