In 1970 consumption of whole milk is height reaches 25 gallons, but since around 1980 consumption of whole milk slowly decreasing until 2015, consumption of whole milk decreased to 5 gallons per capita. And consumption of low fat milk in 1970 is very low, but along the time towards 2015 consumption of low fat milk increasing but not high and very slowly.
In conclusion, in 1970 between 2015 consumption of whole milk experienced a drastic decline. It decreases from 25 to 5. On the other side, consumption of low fat milk is increased from around 5 to 15 gallons per capita, although the amount of increase is not high but still stable.
