Overall, the most popular action with phones across all years was making calls. Other variants of using a mobile phone are also in demand, however, not so much as calling.
A closer look at the provided data reveals that take photos only category increased during the period. The popularity of this action increased by 12% from 2005 to 2010. By comparison, the percentage of send-receive text messages and record audio dropped slightly by 14% and 15% respectively. The share of making calls had a similar trend, the percentage declined to 97% in 2010. Despite the fact that the popularity of making calls dropped, this action was still in demand.
