Overall, the young to the middle age from 18 years to the 64 years old got a stable increase in every years for utilizing Twitter. In contrast, all of age over 65 years old had a slightly increase at the end of the year, reaching approximately 5 percentage.
At the start of the years, the young adults from 18 to the 29 years old had the most dramatic increase than other age groups, changing from approximately 14 percentage to the 30 percentage of using Twitter. Similar to the young adults, the middle age from 30 to 49 years old had a stable increase, reaching approximately 7 percentage points from the first starting.
Furthermore, the old age from 50 to the 64 years old had a stagnant pattern from 2010 to 2011, but they had stable increase over the years. However, people in over 65 years old had a slightly change, from 4 percentage at the first to the 5 percentage later.
