Overall, fresh fruits was the most preferred food type throughout whole examined years. While ice cream was least consumed one. Figure for fresh fruit and ice cream experienced an upward trend, while the reverse was true for sugary products.

In 1975, fresh fruit was the leading one with 500 grams per person in one week. Then it rose moderately to 600 grams in 1980, however it modestly dropped back to 500, by 1985. Afterwards, this figure experienced a gradual increase from 500 to about 750 grams by the end of given period.

Afterwards, sugary foods started as a runner-up with around 390 grams in the beginning, however it gradually went down to approximately 110 grams, by 2000. Becoming same rate with ice cream. In 1975, ice cream was the least chosen product, with a rate of around 40 grams, but it improved unabated to 100 grams, by 2000.
