The table compares the number of cars produced in three countries – Argentina, Australia and Thailand- over three different years (2003, 2006 and 2009). In general, car production in Argentina increased rapidly throughout the period given. It is also clear that, the figure for car manufacturing in Thailand remained the highest till end of the span. Of particular note is Australia remained the lowest and only Australia showed a continuous drop in car production.
Australia produced just over than 452, 000 million cars in 2003. Meanwhile the figure for cars manufactured in Thailand was nearly 736, 000 million in the same year. In 2006, Australia experienced a sharp drop to 341, 268 million while Thailand produced over than 1 billion cars in 2006, followed by a slight drop to 999, 963 million in 2009. The number of cars manufactured in Australia had another drop by nearly 100, 000 at that time.
Nevertheless, Argentina was only county experienced an upward trend during the time given. In 2003, the number of cars produced by Argentina was 235, 088 million and these numbers increased rapidly to 352, 759 million in 2006. At the end of the span, Argentina manufactured over than 466, 000 million cars. With that, Argentina surpassed Australia in car manufacturing.
