In 2006, New Brunswick still had the highest percentage with around 12% of international graduates, followed by British Columbia with about 11% of international graduates.
Ontario has the lowest percentage of international graduates with only around 3% in 2001 and around 6% in 2006. Manitoba follows behind Ontario with its percentage of international graduates being only around 4% in 2001 and 7% in 2006
