Overall, it is clearly evident from the graph that Sweden had the highest retirement age for sexes , while France had the lowest.
Looking at the data for men, in 2008, the age of retirement were the highest for both gender. The age of Denmark was 60 in 2004 and 61 in 2008, France had the lowest 58 and 59 in 2004 and 2008 . Italy has the stabled proportion for both years which is 60, Netherlands is the second highest which are 62 in 2004 and 63 in 2008. Sweden is the highest in comparison to all , 63 in 2004 and 64 in 2008 . Uk retirement age of men in 2004 was 61 and 62 in 2008.
Furthermore, the average retirement age of women in Denmark was 59 in 2004 and 61 in 2008 , similarly the proportion of age is lowest in France and was stabled off for both years , 58. Italy was also corresponding to France in 2004 and 59 in 2008. Netherlands was second highest ,in year 2004 it was 61 and 62 in 2008. Likewise, men ; in women Sweden was the highest, 63 in 2004 and 64 in 2008. In uk the retirement age was 60 in 2004 and 61 in 2008.
