Fron an overall perspective, it is clear that the majority of complaints came from individuals while media and bank employees accounted for much smaller proportation. In addition, the average time to handle the objections showed the gradual decline throughout the period, except in 2001.
As shown in the piee chart, the public was by far the largest source of complaints, representing 63% of the total charge. The next significant source of objections was government agencies, contributing 11%, followed by out of state at 10%. Insurance companies reported by 8% while media and bank of staffs recorded the same as 3%. Others were almost negligible, at a mere 2%.
Turning to the bar chart, the amount of time the Bank of America took to have the complaints resolved between four and six months. In 2000, just above five months taken for resolving charges, however after a bank took half a year, which was the longest taking time in the given period. The following years dropped and never passed the 2001 action.
