The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing wool.
Overall, the process cosists of seven stages. It is also noticeable that the procedure starts with removing the fleece from the sheep and ends with the final product.
At the beginning of the process, the ship is trimmed by a trimmer machine to remove fleece. In the following stage, the fleece is baled for transport to the mill. Afterwards, the fleece is cleaned and washed to remove dirt before being sent up in a carding machine.
For the remaining stages, carding machine combs the loose wool fibres into a sheet. After that, the sheet is twisted is twisted into a rope named silver. Following this, the silver is stretched and twisted into a thin yarn. Once the twisting stage is comlete, the item is moved to shape balls of wool. Finally, the yarn is wound to form balls of wool and ready for marketing.
