The diagrams describe different steps of the process of manufacturingcoffee using dry technique.
Overall, the linear process involves twelve different stages, beginning with beans sorted by hand and ending with packing and selling coffee to themarket.
In the first stage of the process, coffee beans arecarefully sorted by hand to ensure quality before they are cleaned by sieve.
After that, these beans are spread on the ground anddried under the sun for four weeks. In the meantime, these beans are ranked and turned to dry all sides. The following steps, after these coffee beans are stored in a silo, they are sent tothe mill to prepare for later steps.
In the next stage of the process, at the hulling stage, coffee beans are hulled by farmers before they are graded to remove impurities. After grading step, coffee beans are bagged and sold. After coffee beans are purchased, they are roasted using a coffee roaster. Finally, they are packed to ready to be sold to the market.
