Overall, butter was most popular in 1981 with a rate of 160 grams but, it fell down to around 50 grams in 2007. Low fat and reduced spreads become more popular in 2007. Margarine showed a little increase at first but, decreased dramatically from 1996 to 2007.
Initially, butter’s rate was around 150 game but, over the years, its intake decresed. Coming to Maragarine it was around 90 grams in 1981 and then increased to 100 grams in 1981 but, it became least popular in 2007, with a rate of 40 grams.
Finally, low fat and reduced spreads gained more popularity than other two spreads in 2007 with a rate near to 50 grams, even though it’s consumption stated in 1946 with a rate near to zero grams.
