Overall, it is clear that percentages of automobiles experienced the most significant upward trend, whereas the opposite was true for proportion of bus. Additionally, share of rails fluctuated throughout the period, while other mode of transport registered stabilization.
Looking at the details, in 1985, the figure for cars stood at about 30%. This was followed by a dramatic rise to approximately 88% in 2003, but from 2000 to 2015, ratio of cars slightly declined to about 70%. However, bus started at higher point at 58%. Over the subsequent years, this figure witnessed a gradual decline to almost 10%.
