Overall, the town underwent a number of dramatic changes, the most important of which is the development of two sports areas for leisure activities and the reconstruction of a fish market, a row of shops and the increase of a number of houses based on local needs.
In the north-east, farmland and forest park was demolished and replaced by a golf course and a tennis court. In the middle map, the hotel has been built a new parking space in the open space nearby it, while in the western section, the housing has expanded and increased number of houses and extended a new road.
There used to be a fish market in the south-west of the town, but it has been turned into an apartment complex, which was accompanied by the disappearance of the fishing port. The row of shops also transformed into a restaurant complex. Finally, the beach at the bottom is open for everyone to relax.
