The given maps describe significant improvements, which have been appearing in a modern science park since 1920.
Over the period, the area saw spectacular developments. It is clear, that the park has not been expanded, however, there are many functional modifications, essential for visitors.
First and foremost, in 2008, the science park consisted of Business Units, Cyber Security, IT Centre, offices, reception and a car park was centrally located between two first mentioned areas. In addition, there were grasses and trees planted major in the western part. As for the transport facilities, there were a road, which ran mainly along the boundary and a railway line bordered the southern edge.
Comparing to 2008 placement, items in the central area haven’t been replaced in general, however, there are some renamings. For instance, the IT centre has been modified to Innovation Centre, reflecting technological advancement. Additionally, innovative academic buildings, Research and Development centre, University Hub are constructed, and Cyber Security has been expanded. Also, public transport access is enhanced with the bus stop and new station. The woodland area has been slightly chopped-down to accommodate these facilities, while the grass is cut down by the government
