10 years ago, the park was fairly simple, with an entrance located at the north-west corner. The football pitch was in the center of the park, which a tennis court was situated in front of it. There was also a car park which had the capacity of 20 cars and a children’s play area, which was located at the northeast of the park. A pond and some woods were situated at the southeast side of the park.
The second map shows that the village park has undergone some changes in 10 years’ time. A cycle path was constructed around the park. The tennis courts were doubled in size and the car park has expanded to accommodate 50 cars. A children’s soft play area was added just under the children’s play area. Toilets have been added towards the south of the children’s playground. The pond has been converted into a boating lake and the trees have been cut to make a cafe. A picnic area has been constructed on the southwest side.
