The maps demonstrate a project of upgrading and renovating an isdustrial site in to a accommodation area. Overall, the site expected to have significant changes with most idustial and office building replaced by houses and garden.
At present, the layout include a huge yard in the middle, the north side is where the entrance and reception area lied beside the Chimney Road. On ther southern side of the yard, there are two rows of offices with a cafeteria attach to them and a factory adjacent to Pie Walk also placed next to the office section. Regarding the Toe Lane on the west of the map where it shows a parking lot located and nearby it is a storage placed in the vincinity of Toe Lane and Swallow Street intersection.
According to the reforming plan, the former facilities, buildings and yard will be demolish to make way for the new using purpose of housing development. The new residental area consisits of three 2-bedrooms houses and a communal gardens in the center which is surrounded by private roads. Besides Toe Lane will be a huge residence conprise of 3-bedrooms house and a 4-bedrooms one. The old offices section is going to be replaced by the new parking garages near Swallow Street. Moreover, the factory sector the will be exchanged for an apartment with another parking area attached to it along the Pie Walk.
