To the northern section in currently, the entrance and reception will be demslished to make way for three two beadroom house, and the yeard will also vanish and replaced with commununal gardens. To the northwest, the parking will convert into three beadroom house.
Concering the southern side, the office and canteen will transform into a private road surround the houses and the parking garages across from the Swallow Street. Moreover, the factory in the southeast will be developed into two places such as the parking areas and the apartment opposite the Pie Walk, and the storage will also knock down to make room for four beadroom houses.
