The maps illustrate the future plan of an industrial region after renovation.
Overall, the area, which is bordered by four roads on its sides, is predicted to be completely transformed from an industrial site into a new housing estate.
Currently, the area is deployed for industrial use. The site is quite sparse with a large yard surrounded by functional places. The entrance and reception are located in the north of the layout, which is next to Chimney Road. To the left of the map, next to Toe lane, there are parking slots and a nearby storage. However, in the future plan, these places are forecasted to be totally changed: there is forecasted to be destruction, making room for a range of accommodations with two-to-four-bedroom houses to the west and north, as well as communal gardens next to these sites.
The area which is now occupied by a factory on the eastern region is planned to be the new parking area, along with a department emerged. The land for offices and a canteen at the bottom of the layout is also predicted to be redeveloped into parking garages. Notably, private roads are also planned to be constructed among these sites.
