As an overview, In 1990 the most of the area of Frenton was covered with green trees, parks and playing field where as in 2012 all these areas was replaced with technopark and blocks of flats.
Having a mayopic look, In the past decades, people lived in houses rather than flats and in the year 1990, there was no available facility of flats but in 2012 most of the area of Frenton was covered with blocks of flats. The cafe and park was removed by hotel and golf course due to the modernization in human beings in 2012. The area named as theatre in 1990 was converted into cinema in 2012. In past year 1990, there were a variety of shops near the houses but which was modify into supermarket in 2012.
Moreover, on the other side of High Street there was also a noticeable changes. Firstly, the area of hospital was enlarged in 2012 as compared to 1990. The playing fields with trees was replaced with blocks of flats by the people in 2012. Surprisingly, the school and library was remained same in the both years. Moreover, the bank was replaced with restaurant in 2012. The area where technopark was situated in 2012 that was covered with group of trees in 1990.
