The picture illustrates the changes in structure of one coffee shop from 10 years ago to the present.
Overall, the cafe has been noticeably modernized, with several areas expanded and replaced by new facilities such as tables, counters, whereas food preparation, toilets and cash desk had been remained unchanged.
As can be seen at the first map 10 years ago, the place where staff prepared food for customers had been situated on the top right corner of the coffee shop. On the bottom right corner, there were toilets. Besides that, 2 terraces were built symmetrically on the left side with an entrance in the middle of it, and adjacent to the cash desk. At the center was filled with 8 round tables. Furthermore, the oval tables were added in terraces and other constructions were retained after 5 years.
Move to the present, the design has undergone numerous changes,8 round tables are converted into 4 square tables. Although the restroom area and food preparation, which have been intact from 10 years ago to 5 years later and the present, the counter has been erected next to the payment counter, which has become smaller. Additionally, it is clear that the expansion of the terraces with 2 replenishment oval tables make the entrance shrink in width.
