The maps illustrate the current layout of a conference center and the proposed future development of the site.
Overall, the area is expected to undergo some transformations, with an addition of a meeting room, fitting room and a kitchen. Some facilities will be relocated to different places, while some even are forecast to be enlarged or remain its original size. Notably, there is going to alter the location of path between road and car park.
Currently, there are two meeting rooms in the western of the conference center and it is anticipated to add a new meeting room while minimize the size of originally ones. To the right of those meeting rooms there is a huge rectangular hall, which is expected to be halved to make room for kitchen and Cafe. Fitting room will replace the area where cafe now located.
Looking ahead, toilet and reception will stay in the same position to the north of the road. However, car park is forecast to reduce its space so that car park can be enlarged. Meanwhile, there is also some alteration of the path. It originally only one path and it connects road with the western side of the car park; however, an additional one will be added and reconnected to the southside of the car park.
