In general, it can be seen that this region has undergone major changes. Noticeably, the changes involve the addition of a new bridge and a larger government building as well as the expansion of residential areas and the major roads. Furthermore, this region has turned from an underdeveloped area into a modern city with more accommodation that serves the needs of local people.
In 1950, in the central part of the city, there was a business district. Besides, the residential area was situated to the north of the main road. The area had a bridge crossing a long river, which was opposite the government building. Moreover, there was an airport in the eastern part of the region.
At the present, the city has gone through many significant developments. The road system has been expanded with more routes so as to facilitate transportation. A large lake has been dug in the middle of the river and a dam has been built to retain water for the city. Furthermore, the residential area has made up a large part of the city in order to satisfy the increasing population. The city has reduced the size of the old government building and built a new one in the south of the region. Additionally, the airport has been increased in capacity to fulfill the demand of travel.
