The images demonstrate the manufacturing site in Norbiton town nowadays and a planned renovation.
Overall, the industrial area of the town will be transformed into residential site. The most significant changes will include the development of roadways, a complete demolish of factories and the building of new facilities for future citizens’ comfortable life.
To begin, the local government will build new roads in all cardinal directions with an additional roundabout in the south. From this to the north, the new medical center and shops will be constructed, partially substituting present manufacturing. Then, the bridge connecting farmland with the center of the town will be placed along the river further to the north.
Residential houses will replace current factories alongside the new and old roads. To the east of the central big roundabout, a roadway will lead directly to the “L”-shaped school building with three more households on both sides of it. On the way before the school, the playground for children and their parents will be installed in the future
