The maps illustrate the Norbiton industrial region in the present, and its planned refurbishment.
Overall, the most notable difference between the current version and the developed one is the transformation from an industrial area into a housing one.
At the moment, there is a roundabout with two routes in the center of the Norbiton industrial region, which is surrounded by a host of factories. Simultaneously, to the north of the area lies a river and farmland.
After several dramatic changes, the roundabout will still exist and be expanded to four routes. Along the routes in the East and North West leading to the roundabout, many accommodations will be constructed. Shops and a medical center will be opened to the South West and South East of the area respectively. Additionally, there will be a newly-built school and playground, which could be accessed through the route situated to the East. The river still remains at the similar place, whereas the farmland will become smaller to make way for another route to the North with more houses.
