The following maps illustrate an industrial zone within the Norbition town, as well as the proposed future development of this area.
Overall, the Norbiton industrial area is located at the east side of the town, with a river on the north, and a few factories in the center of the map. There will be a significant change for the area, including the local community, numerous amenities, and road redesign, which will provide greater convenience for both drivers and commuters.
To be more specific, all the factories will be eliminated, and there will be multiple households residing in Norbiton in the future. Thus, shops and a medical centre will be situated in the town center, providing practical facilities for residents. Simultaneously, an educational institution will be established in the future development, and a playground will be designed for its students. Apartments or houses will be constructed on the farmland, although there is currently no direct access to the farmland due to the river. The road extension to the firmland and the construction of a bridge to connect both sides for the convenience of residents will be undertaken. Moreover, there will a new circular road which is an improvement compared to the current state.
